Исследование основано на изучение влияние цифровых средств на работу социальных работников и клиентов. Среди социальных работников был распространен веб-опрос (N-2345), чтобы выяснить, в какой степени используются цифровые инструменты, характер отношений с клиентами и уровень стресса. Цель состояла в том, чтобы определить, какие факторы (возраст, работа, занятость и объем местных органов власти) используют цифровые инструменты во взаимодействии с клиентами и уровнями стресса. Опрос также был направлен на оценку использования цифровых инструментов социальными работниками, отношений с клиентами и уровня стресса. Цифровые инструменты помогают социальным работникам и клиентам взаимодействовать, улучшая экономику и общество.
